I. The Mainhattan Method — Foundation (12 Weeks)

Purpose
To interrupt existing patterns and establish a new internal rhythm.

This engagement is designed for moments where something specific is at stake — a transition, a leadership challenge, a relationship dynamic, or a decision that requires clarity and momentum.

Structure

  • 12 weekly private sessions (60 minutes)

  • Fixed start and end date

Between sessions

  • Weekly written reflections connected to your real decisions and actions

  • Targeted assignments aligned with your objective

  • Your reflections directly shape the focus of each session

Access

  • Brief text or voice-note questions between sessions
    (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm CET, 24-hour response window)

  • For clarification and alignment, not extended conversation

This engagement works best if

  • You need structure to break cycles and regain direction in a specific area

  • You benefit from frequent contact to stay aligned while acting

  • You are ready to work at the pace of change

This is a complete, intensive cycle, for your short term objective where timing is crucial.

Purpose
To work with patterns that cannot be rushed.

This engagement is designed for leaders whose challenges are not confined to one area of life — where career, relationships, ambition, and identity influence each other over time.

  • 12 bi-weekly private sessions (90 minutes)

  • A longer horizon for depth, context, and synthesis

Between sessions

  • Ongoing written reflection tied to lived experience

  • Evolving assignments as circumstances change

  • A mid-point review to recalibrate direction

Access

  • Brief text or voice-note questions between sessions
    (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm CET, 24-hour response window)

  • For clarification and alignment, not extended conversation
